Have a question to ask us? Please read through these frequently asked questions first, and see if your answer is in here!


1.) Do you have [item] in stock?

Most of our item stock is actually on our website! The inventory you see on the site directly correlates to the items available in the store at that time, so you have our entire inventory at your fingertips! You can find our website here.


2.) When will you stock/restock [item]?

We find out about a week in advance what is being sent by our supplier for that week, so it's not feasible for us to try and answer these questions, because it's impossible to give a specific date. In lieu of that, we post a weekly new release and restock list that can be found on our Twitter, Instagram, and our website.Alternatively, if you're a more proactive person, we have a restock request form that you can fill out with any restocks or new releases you'd like to request.


3.) I don't see [item] on your site. Does that mean you don't sell it?

If it's a new release item you're looking for and it's not on our site, we most likely haven't received the shipment yet. Our new releases go up on our site on Wednesday nights at 7 PM and are available in-store Thursday mornings, so that's the best time to check back for new items!Alternatively, if an item is in-demand but you don't see it on our site, most likely it has been taken off our site in preparation for the next new release period. A good example is lightsticks for groups with upcoming concerts. We will always hold those for new release day, to give everyone an equal chance to purchase them.


4.) I ordered an item from your site. When will it be ready? How long do I have to pick it up?

When you pre-purchase an item from our site, typically the item is ready within minutes (or the next morning if the store is already closed for the day), so you typically can come pick it up immediately! If there is an issue with the order, we will text or email the customer almost immediately.Otherwise, you typically have 2 weeks to pick up your order, unless the item is a special event item. Those we request people pick up their order in 1 week.


5.) Can you ship my order?

We are a very small store and thus do not have the space to be able to pack items for shipment, so unfortunately at this time, we do not ship.


6.) I can't find your store. Where are you located?

We are located in the Turnstyle Underground Market in the New York Subway system. You can access the Underground Market from any subway entrance on 8th Avenue between 57th and 59th streets (Right by Columbus Circle). The closest entrance for us is on the NE corner of 57th St and 8th Ave by the CVS Pharmacy!
